Herma’s News – NEW Art of Entertaining Series and Sales

Remember to be gentle with yourself and others. We are all children of chance and none can say why some fields will blossom while others lay brown beneath the August sun. – Kent Nerburn

Dear Customers,

To Herma, the art of entertaining has a lot to do with how the hostess conducts his or herself. He or She may do this by making sure that his or her guest feels like the most important person in the room, not only by being prepared, waiting with ease and a calm demeanor as the guest arrives at the door, but also by providing delicious foods and a special ambience that the hostess and guest may enjoy together.

The Art of Entertaining Series

From now through November we will be conducting long awaited classes that offer a wealth of information on how to be a superb hostess. Whether it be while serving cheese and hors d’oeuvres, delicious gourmet pizza, fun Raclette,  or decadent fondue, you will be sure to impress your guests with your ability to create a wonderful evening. Food will be enjoyed during each class in our studio dining room. Each class costs $35.00 per person + tax.

In addition to learning new ways to entertain and enjoying the food prepared, on the day of the class you will receive  a 25% discount on all non-food items used to prepare the food.

Find dates and times for all classes through our website, hermas.ca, and call 905-885-9250 or stop by front desk to reserve your seat at our table (limited to 14 guests). Our first in this series will be…
