Feeling more and more like Christmas at Herma’s with each and every passing day. It is wonderful to behold the store as it transforms into a beautiful wonderland with ornaments, Santas, angels, Christmas Trees, Panettone cakes, and so much more. We hope our decorations and foods offered during Open House inspire you for the holidays to come.

This Saturday’s Open House – The Joy of the Season

The Barn Chefs, Sarah Woods and husband, Luca Molteni, along with Herma, will be showcasing out-of-this-world cold smoked salmon, a holiday themed cake, and other yummy morsels. Foods to be sampled and discussed.

Sky from Ste. Anne’s Bakery will be at Herma’s sampling many of her gluten-free breads and other goodies. We are very excited to have her at Herma’s and very excited to sell her wonderful gluten-free products in our store.

This raw cow’s milk cheese is used in fondues, for cooking, and as a table cheese. Ideal as a melting cheese, Vacherin is great used for a grilled cheese sandwiches and with potatoes. Burgundy, Bordeaux, and other reds pair well with this cheese.

*New winter schedule goes into effect Monday, January 2nd. Winter hours are Open Tuesday through Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed Mondays.
