From now through November we will be offering long awaited classes that offer a wealth of information on how to be a superb hostess – whether by offering beautifully prepared cheese and hors d’oeuvres, delicious gourmet pizza, fun Raclette, and decadent fondue. Herma, Cathy, Taco, and Margaret will show you how! Food will be enjoyed during each class in our studio dining room.

Making pizza at home means you may choose the best ingredients and apply your own personal touch. You may also want to involve your friends and family in the fun as a way to entertain. We will create three pizzas using Emile Henry’s Pizza Stone and The Village Grocer’s special pizza dough, along with many more products found within the store. Pizzas created in class may be enjoyed by all. $35.00 pp + tax

Now a popular way to eat in North America – you may enjoy it preparing breakfast with a decadent crepe feast, hosting an intimate dinner party, or even having guys over for the big game. Learn how to entertain preparing food in this interactive way. Your guests will love it. Join us as we share the Raclette Experience using the Swissmar Raclette Party Grill. $35 pp + tax
Entertaining with Fondue Herma’s Famous Fondue Class
Saturday, October 29th @ 12 p.m. and Wednesday, November 2nd @ 12 p.m.

Fondue is a beloved Swiss, Italian, and French dish of melted cheese served in a communal pot over a heated source. The classic way to entertain in this manner is to dip bread into an oozing cheese mixture using long-stemmed forks. This special technique of entertaining is prized by guests, as the experience is considered to be orgasmic. Herma is looking forward to sharing one of her favorite recipes with you. $35 + tax pp
